Navigating Industry Standards - GIA Requirements (NAV010A)


Description
The General Insurance Association (GIA) of Singapore outlines the standards expected from all insurance agents. The repercussions of going against the standards will result in reprimands, cancellations or even worse, lifetime bans. This course helps learners to understand the requirements, regulations and code of practice insurance agents should be familiar with, as well as the best practices of Cyber Hygiene and the implications of breaching the GIA standards.

By the end of this course, you will:
- Know the registration and training requirements of insurance agents.
- Understand the code of practice expected of insurance agents.
- Know the best practices for Cyber Hygiene.
- Understand the implications of breaching the GIA standards.

This course is IBF – FTS Accredited.
