Description
There are standards of conduct expected of financial professionals when performing their duties. It is important to observe these standards of conduct, not only to give clients confidence in the financial services industry, but also to steer clear of penalties due to misconduct.

This course covers the 10 Standards of Conduct outlined by the MAS in 1st October 2002, applicable to both financial professionals and insurance brokers, as well as how to apply them in your profession.

By the end of the course, you will:
- Understand the concept of conduct.
- Know why it is held with such importance in the financial industry.
- Know what are the Standards of Conduct expected of financial professionals.
- Know how to apply those Standards of Conduct in your profession.

This course is IBF – FTS & Core FAA/SFA CPD Accredited.
